Ok so the first three photos were taken in January, I got this top for Christmas and wore it on a night out, I was about 263lbs in these first photos.

I think everyone loses it in different places first, I've always found it pretty easy to lose weight off my upper torso and face, when it comes to my hips and below I realllly have to work! Some of my friends are the total opposite!
