U was looking at the 3 day diets to supplement my exercise. It seems you are only eating maybe 1000 calories a day. I have read people warn others to eat more than this because of your BMR. Is this safe to eat that little? What is the cut off before it becomes harmful?

Basically, any diet with the word "day" in its name will be counterproductive at best.

I know you want to get things done quickly, but the fact is that's not going to happen. Do things right and settle in for the long haul. Slow and steady wins the race. Too fast to function fails miserably. Contrary to infinite quantities of "I heard..." bullshit, less is not more. You will prompt your body to a starvation response and find your progress and results much worse than if you had simply maintained a moderate (10-20%) deficit and increased your activity a little.
