My name is Sophie. I turn 30 in a couple of months and need to lose weight bad. I currently weigh 178 pounds and I am 5'4. I need to lose at least 50 pounds. I enjoy singing and dancing and hope to do more of it when I eventually lose all this weight. I really need you guys support on this journey You'll be seeing me around!!

I'm 20, and 5'4 as well. haha! :) I weigh more than you girls though. :) But I've already lost some of my weight. Anyway! You can do it and if you need support...we're all here! :)
