Ok. I'm a female at 5'10' and I weigh about 182 lbs. I wanna get down to 160. My daily routine is : 48 mins on a stationary bike, 40 mins on an elliptical trainer, 20 mins of climbing up and down stairs, 15 mins of sit ups / crunches, and a 30 min walk. Is this too much? My calorie intake is about 1300-1400 calories. And I think I've hit a pleatau.. I've been the same weight for about two and a half weeks, and it sucks. I've recently added dumb bell work outs to all of this, nothing too strenuous. Am I over doing it? (And I do this routine every day, maybe one day of the week I'll go about half)

Holy balls lady.... Yeah I'd just take it easy for a week and up the calories closer to your BMR, your body needs to know it isn't starving, so give it 1-2 weeks of replenishment then go at it again but with a bit higher calories.

Holy ****! That is one MAJOR workout, pal. I thought mine was hardcore!!! The advice I was given was to make sure I was eating enough (which I wasn't, though I didn't know it, because I am never hungry), and to totally take a break/ease up on my daily workouts. This forum really is filled with knowledgeable and helpful folk, for the most part. As Mal says, there is lots of good stuff written on the forum already! Dig in and enjoy.
Good luck:hurray:
