have been viewing this website for so long and using you all and your progress pics as a sense of inspiration. I am posting my before and "almost there" pics hoping to be able to inspire someone else. In my before pic, I'm not sure how much I weighed, probably about 250. The "now" picture was taken yesterday and I weigh 165, I have about 20 pounds to go (I'm 5'4.5")

Remember, you all can do it! You just have to believe in yourself and your incredible strength and will! One of my favorite quotes: "It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you're not" - Believe in yourself :)
