I topped out at something over 200 in May of 07 after I had my baby. Slowly through the last 18 months I have lost 40 pounds. I have done it by just changing my lifestyle habits. Basically, eating less, not eating so many sweets, not eating late, drinking more teas and less soda, going dancing a lot, and running on a treadmill. I would like to be 30-40 pounds lighter, so I am going to keep trying.

Congrats on the weight loss so far, the rest of that weight will melt right off, keep up the hard work girl!! :)

off topic i don't see many people say this, because it's true. im trying to get my mom to stop using sweetners but aspartame is adictive.. and poisonous.
ANYWAY the progress! great job! i can see the difference. lets see some full shots (^ - ^)
