that 207 pounds lost with 45 to go.

My start weight was 442 pounds, and It took me from June 19th of 2007 until April 30th of 2008 to lose the weight.

My diet was nothing extreme. It was based around very low fat eating. I wouldn't deprive myself of proteins/carbs at all and I would generally get between 1500 and 2000 calories a day. I also exercised twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Edit: forgot, I am 6ft.
