I've been heavy since I was a kid, with only one brief period 4 years ago when I lost a lot of weight (in a very unhealthy way) only to gain it all back plus another 30lbs or so. However, 2 years ago I saw pictures of myself from a Six Flags trip with my family and I was absolutely horrified and disgusted at my 180 lb self. So then....same story you've heard a million times: I started eating right and exercising. Running and taking kickboxing classes and cutting out crappy foods, I lost about 30 lbs. Then about a year and half ago I made the lifestyle choise to become a Vegan and have since lost another 15 lbs.

So here I am, 135 lbs for the past 8 months or so, and looking to lose those last 15. I needed a boost and some encouragement to kick my butt into gear! (I'm 5'4" and 19 yrs old):
