I can't find anything related to my question, so her i go. (Please no jokes).
Two years ago i went through a breakup, and my weight increased from around 155 lbs to 210 ( i am tall). However this spring i got back to my original shape. I can't really see any changes to my body at all, and i don't have any stretch marks. However there is an odd difference. And that is if i decide to not wear a bra, my breasts bounces a lot (my size is DD). It even hurts by just walking fast. However they look more or less the same and are not saggy. Has anyone experienced something like that ?

Hi ..I think the changes you r feeling are indeed related to weight gain... the more fat u have , the more estrogen you body produce, the more estrogen, the more breast tissue growth, the more breast tissue growth --> breast are heavier and bouncier .
BTW...I am an obgyn doc

So even if my weight is back to normal, my breasts are probably heavier than they was ? Will this go back to normal after a while or can an increase in weight give permanently heavier breasts? Is there any exercises i can do, because it's slightly painful.

Well every human body is different, and it's hard to determine what's going on with you from over the internet, but there are several causes. The only way breast growth would be permanant, is if it was tissue growth from an increase in estrogen. If it was a fat increase from your weight gain, that can be lost like other fat deposits. But there are other factors too. I'm have no idea how old you are, but puberty/growth spurts, which would account for the boost in estrogen, would do this. Is there any chance you could be pregnant? Breast growth and and sensitivity are common signs of pregnancy. If it doesn't ease up soon, or hasn't eased up in a while, and if you are worried about it, just take a quick trip to your Doc, and he can give you a breast exam just to rule out anything more serious.

Weight loss can certainly affect the results of breast lift surgery (mastopexy). The effect depends on the amount of fat in your breasts, the amount of weight loss and the genetics of your breast fat. Some breasts contain a high percentage of fatty tissue and a low percentage of glandular tissue. The amount of fat as a percentage generally increases with age. Also, it usually takes a weight loss of at least 10 pounds to cause a significant effect on the mastopexy. Finally, the genetics of your breast fat contribute to the possibility. If you've ever had a significant weight loss in the past the response your breasts had to that loss will be somewhat predictive of the effect of future weight loss

My man boobs used to give me a lot of tugging pressure when i first started exercising. I think your skin loosens up from losing the fat and the remaining fat bounces more.
I'm not a girl but the obvious solution would be to wear a bra while you work out?
