It's unanimous... you're beautiful! You are a shadow of your former self and nearly unrecognizable from your starting point. Amazing job you've done! 100 lbs is quite an achievement!

I think I could cry right now after watching that.
I'm currently weighing in at 256lbs and in 50minutes I start my first of many sessions with my own personal trainer.
I really needed to see that right now....reminds me again where I'm starting and where I hope to be!
You are beautiful!!!!!

Thank you for all of your kind words. It seems this has been long journey! I have been eating a 1000-1500 calories a day and do cardio about 3x a week. I look at pics of myself when I was at my heaviest weight and I can see the unhappiness. My issue now is gaining self confidence, even though I have lost almost 100lbs I still hide myself because I feel like the fatest person in the room.My mindset hasn't grasped the idea that I have gone from a size 18-20 to a 4-6. Looking at peoples before and after photos is what keeps me going, everytime my motivation slipped this is where I came to get inspiration.

What an awesome video! I was 202 pounds and am down to 145 in 8 months time, so I know how you feel. I have 15 pound to go and it is the hardest to get off. Congratulations and never, ever look back! I keep reminding myself that I am never going back there again. I will post my pictures as you have done someday soon. Thanks for the inspiration and you go girl!

Funshine, just adding that you won't regret having a personal trainer. Mine has made such a difference to my life, she keeps me motivated, sets goals, pushes me, encourages me and celebrates my achievements. Good luck!

You are gorgus! I think if I made the progress that you have I would not be hiding myself, I would be showingg off the all the hard work that I have overcome. I don't know what its like where you live but people that are a size 8 or less are considered tiny here. You should be VERY proud of yourself & stop thinking of yourself as being fat cuz you have not been "fat" in a long time.

I agree with everyone, it takes time for you mind to play catch up. I suffer from the same thing... I call it fat girl syndrome... its hard to not feel like the largest person in the room when you were for so long... and now there is a good chance you are one of the smallest people in the room! Give it time and the confidence with follow.
Again you look great! :hurray:

Hi Shopgirl!
So far I've lost 58 pounds. Trying to get off the last 10 or 15. I'm not sure exactly how much more I need to lose but I sure know where I need to lose it. The belly fat from all those babies it taking a while to come off. Slow and steady is the way I look at it. As long as I'm moving forward I am happy. And thank you for the compliment. You know how those keep you going.
How are you doing with the last of your weight? Your face has thinned out so much. It is amazing how it feels, isn't it? I constantly get people who tell me I don't look like the same person. Watching your video is like watching a beautiful flower bloom. Just amazing. It made me cry because I understand how it feels. I carry around those two pictures of me wherever I go. I don't want to forget what it felt like to be heavy because I don't ever want to go back and I also want to remember just how far I've come when I feel like I'm not quite where I want to be.
