Anyone following this? I want to find out more about it. Ive heard that there was a cookbook out about this type of eating...basically no processed foods, healthy grains, nuts, ect.

Thanks

Nuts aren't 'clean'?

Personally, I think clean eating is stupid. Just eat. Try to stick with natural foods that are high in nutrients. But don't avoid 'dirty' food completely at the expense of your happiness.

Oxygen magazine's 40 something guru Tosca Reno is all about Clean Eating...
The Eat Clean Diet - Eat Clean and Lose Weight. Lose weight now! Ask Tosca Reno, the only fat loss plan that works. (http://www.eatcleandiet.com/)
Granted she looks pretty damn good... While I avoid as much processed foods as possible (frozen dinners will not happen for me)

I like flavor to much to totally buy into her clean eating plan... plus the 6 meals a day just do not work for me... it lacks satisfaction and always makes me hungrier...

Whole foods, unprocessed foods, food that contains ingredients that I can pronounce or even better, find elsewhere in the grocery store -i'm all about
