Has anyone tried DEX-C20? My biggest problem is that I feel like I am always thinking about food and I am always hungry. I have never tried an appetite suppressant because it always sounded scary and unnatural.
According to their marketing DEX-C20 does not make you jittery, but still lessens appetite. I just wanted to get an unbiased opinion before a waste a bunch of money on some snake oil.
Thanks!

I've never heard of it... and i'm a little jaded i've tried enough diet pills/appetite suppresants, etc over the years to doubt any of them work

instead of resorting to a bottle to curb your appetite -you might want to take a closer look at your diet and making sure you're getting enough calories and that you've got enough protein and fiber -both add to that satiated feeling.

And ask yourself if you're really hungry or is it something else that's masking itself as hunger... Ithink it was Self magazine that had an interesting food diary -that also asked you to keep track of how you felt when you were eating... and it helps to really see whether you're hungry hungry or bored hungry, lonely hungry, tired hungry, stressed out hungry. etc..
