Hi All

I have to be in the mood for yogurt and did enjoy it before starting Cohen's but had a bad expereince with the Jalna in my first week and haven't looked back. Anyway I want to start having a bit more variety for breakfast and thought I would try again. I know a lot of people use and highly recommend the Vaalia yogurt but last week (because we seem to go through a lot of it in the house even when I'm not eating it) we purchased the Easiyo Yogurt Maker and some of the natural yogurt mixes so the man can add his honey and berries just as he likes it.

The product came highly recommended and I thought it would be great for when I am off and want yogurt as a healthier dessert option. I have compared the nutritional panels for the natural and natural low fat with the Vaalia and they look better in the sense of kj, carbs and fat (reduced fat one only) but are slightly less in protein.

Has anyone asked their consultant about Easiyo or does anyone else use it on their program. I just tried to call my consultant and then realised the time so will call again tomorrow but just thought I would also put it out there for discussion!

It's a much fresher alternative and as far as I am concerned healthier also as there are no preservatives or additives which is going to be a huge focus for me post cohens.

I will post the answer from my consultant when I get one for everyone's information.

Healthy thoughts...

Lauren
