Egh,
So today I went pants shopping, and where I live, they barely have any plus-sized clothes.
Well, I thought I fit into size 13's, but I guess I've witnessed first hand that sizes vary with every brand.
Soooo, 1 size 13 could barely pass my ass, and the other ones were either too baggy at the thighs or too short. Egh.
How depressing.. i feel like crap.
Not only that, I have been losing weight (20 pounds) but, it barely feels like it.. I mean, if anything I've only lost like 1.5 pants size..
I know I shouldn't be complaining, atleast I'm losing something, but it's SO frustrating! Cause my arms and legs are shrinking but my stomach isn't!
It looks ... really awkward.

All my pants are like really loose by the thighs and stuff, but it's still pretty tight by the stomach. <_<
GAAAH! I just feel like punching something <_<

Well, I guess the whole saying thingy, with 'where you gain it first, you'll lose it last' fits perfectly by me. I've alwaaaaysss had stomach fat. as long as i can remember. all my moms friends always pinching my stomach "oeee, wut a chubby little girl"
Egh, i felt like shoving my shoe in their mouth.

OKay.. *breathes* I'm really sorry for posting this, it's obviously a waste of time. I know I sound bitter.. forgive me.
I just needed to rant.

Ugh, heredity sucks, doesn't it? All my pants that are a bit too small are super-tight through the thighs, but baggy around my waist, so I've got the opposite situation. (And the same observation that first to gain is last to go.)

I'm down 46 pounds, which has translated into about 3 sizes (18/16/14/now in some 12s, but a bunch of my 12s are still too small). But I've got some size 15 jeans that are much worse-fitting than the 12s I'm in right now - way too tight in the leg and too loose in the waist. (I don't know about the sizing where you are, but USAian sizes run either odds or evens, but not both - odds are "junior" cut, which tends to be tight-legged and loose-waisted, and evens are "misses" cut, which tends to be tight-waisted and loose-legged.) So 1.5 sizes in 20 pounds sounds about right to me.

Oh gosh, I feel ya. Does it? I dunno, i know i have to be patient, but it's SO hard at times.. I haven't really had much problems in being patient, but I felt so happy that I was losing weight, and people were noticing, that that size-13-barely-fits-me-crap was kinda like.. a defeat.

It's hard, cuz i see some people i know, and they've lost a buncha inches in their waist and that's seriously the last place i'm losing it. meh. Whatever, I'll just keep on going, and see where this all leads me :D (trying SO hard to be optimistic)

i agree.. its so disencouraging when u've lost some weight but nothing technically changes.. for me.. i look like i've lost weight.. and my pants sizes go down.. but my weight doesnt move!! its just weird.. i dont understand how my body does that...
i've gone down 2 pants sizes but my weight only changed like 2,3 pounds..
oh well.. i suppose i'm losing something...
the only way is to keep exercising and be patient..
i believe results will show in no time for u too ^^
