One day this past summer, I pulled on a pair of my jeans and realized they were tight compared to how I used to fit into them. Because I didn't want to pay for a gym, I decided to maybe try a diet. I found this fat loss 4 idiots diet plan online. In 11 days, you are supposed to lose 9 pounds. There is a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. I only lost two pounds because of the diet, which I am certain is just because I wasn't eating a lot of carbs. This diet is not for me and I was not satisfied. I have tried to locate an area where I can ask for my refund, but the links do not work. If anyone would please have contact information to customer service, I would gladly appreciate it. Any other info regarding this "company" would be fantastic! Thanks!

you can try that email asking where you could get your refund. i found many sites giving negative feedback about this diet. if you do decide to go on another diet, which most every here will advise against, first google the diet and see what comes up. do as much research beforehand because there are many diet scams out there. hate to see you fork over $$ for nothing.

well honestly, it varies from person to person. Fat loss depends on your commitment, your eating habits, your ability to workout etc. No book or any saying may not help you in long run. Believe me, when i dropped my weight, i had great experience. I now understood, say no to any advice and start learning your own body. Yes, the standard advices and suggestions holds good, but implementing them is your call.
You seem to put little weight, you can drop it easily.

I believe the reason it didn't work is because I am 5'5", weigh 121, eat healthy balanced meals, and this was meant for someone like my mom, who eats a lot of carbs. I now fit into my jeans just by adding a little exercise back into my day. :)

Hi Amanda, would you be willing to give me your account info so I could give it a try. I don't want to be in the same situation you are in, I'm also a short person and can get into tight jeans with a little exercise. I'm willing to help reimburse you if the diet works for me. Why waste 2 people losing their money if this diet sucks! Thanks.

Yeah. I kinda do mind. Just because I am in the process of getting my money back. Pretty sure this company is a big joke. If you don't eat a lot of carbs then this diet isn't for you. You also have to be able to afford expensive items like shrimp, fish, fruit, and nuts. Simple rules: dont eat anything two hours before you go to bed (if you are hungry eat a light snack of fruit), exercise 30 minutes a day, dont eat until you are full (instead eat, but leave yourself wanting more), watch your carbs, and stay away from fast food.

there is a little write up about it at 4idiots.co.uk does not tell you much but I am thinking of giving a go. Has any one tried it and if so how did they get on with it.

I would say it depends on how much you have to lose and whether you are desperate to try 'another' unproven diet plan.
If you only have a little weight to lose, then add exercise, eat sensibly three meals and 2 snacks a day and don't snack after 8pm, if you have to eat something late at night try a piece of fruit.
If you have quite a bit of weight to lose, you need to first consult with your Doctor and let him know what 'diet plan' you are thinking of following as this could have a detrimental effect to your health, particularly if you have any previous ailments.
High blood pressure - stay off caffeine, green tea, salt
High Cholesterol - reduce saturated fat intakes, increase omega 3,6,9 intakes, vitamin A and B12 and B6
etc,
if you need more info, please feel free to email me...
