Does any one know this difference between the Fat Smash Diet and the Super Fat Smash Diet?
or...
If you would like to recommend a diet.. I am open for suggestions.
I would like to lose 25 lbs, for now I exercise twice a week but will be stepping that up to 4 times a week..
Thanks in advance

I think the difference the two is that the extreme fat smash diet is only used for short-term, while the fat smash diet is a change in lifstyle.

yeah, the difference is that the extreme fat smash is for ppl looking to lose up to 25lbs in a short amount of time whereas the regular fat smash is more prolonged. I am actually on the Extreme Fat Smash Diet. I have been for about a month. After three weeks, I'd lost between 4-9lbs. I forgot where I started at so I'm not sure of the exact number. I like it a lot and as I go into my second rotation I use it moreso as guidelines as opposed to following the book to an absolute T. I will admit though that I do have more energy and muscular endurance. I could break bricks across my thighs lol. hope that helps

The difference will probably be how long the diet lasts for, I think anyways. Exercise is a good way to loose weight because it tones you up too. Keep at it and I'm sure it will fall off you soon enough, good luck :)
