Hi,

What would be your ideal calisthenic workout for the entire body? A workout done on MWF, for example?

Many Thanks

Hello,

I would suggest looking into cardio kick boxing or something like it. Its a great workout that incorporates both lower and upper body moves. I myself like it for the lower body benefits, but you can add light hand or wrist weights to work the upper body as well. Plus its tons of fun.

As for suggestions you might check out tae bo by Billy Blanks or some of Janis Strifle's dvds or if you are more of a gym goer check out there aerobic line up and see whats available.

Hopefully I was helpful. Good luck!

Cheers,
MissDFITT
