So I'm fairly disgusted with myself and I know what I need to do to lose the weight I'm carrying, but my biggest problem is that I can't stop eating.
I'm 25, 6'3" and 245lbs. When I was 18 I did a 3-month weight loss program and went from 230-190. I eventually gained back the weight and more.
Now I'm at the heaviest I've been in a while. For the life of me I just can't stop eating so poorly. I can't even make it a day without either eating fast food or just splurging on junk food.
Any suggestions? Please help...I feel out of control :(

why cant you stop bingeing? whats stopping you ?
it your mind and your body, you are in control. Theres nothing wrong with eating some junk food, i eat junk food all the time, including whilst i loose weight.
Just eat a little less of it or eat less of other things so the calories are negated. Alternativly do a little exercise to cancel it out. you are only 40lb over what you want to be which doesnt seem too indicate you have any sort of bingeing problem.
Take up a sport?

The hardest thing for you might be re-working your routine. It sounds like you're ready to give this lifestyle up... but it's hard to do if that's what you're used to.
Try phasing it out. If you eat fast food every day... don't get fries one day. Then the next day try a chicken sandwich instead of a burger. Then a salad. Downgrade from regular chips to baked chips.
You can still eat the foods you love, just in moderation. Try cutting down your portion sizes a litle bit at a time until you're used to it. Then you won't resent your decision to change your diet.
Just a suggestion.. worked for me kicking the soda habit. Good luck!
