Hi everyone....
currently i am training to become a police officer and i have my last fitness test on 27th August!!
The problem is.....i want to make sure my BMI is at the right stage. I am currently a 29.30 on the BMI and you have to be between 20-30!

Is there any tips people could give me with regards to losing weight sensibly.
I currently eat daily, a salad for lunch whilst snacking on grapes and an apple! a light bag of crisps and water water water!!! For dinner will be something to fill me up such as pasta or again another salad and breakfast is a yoghurt!:piggy:

I am at the gym doing cardio 4-5 times a week and also weight training and have been doing so since feb this year!!

But still no weight loss!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

1) Read the stickies. All of them. They contain the best advice you're going to get from the forum. Honestly.

2) I find it hard to believe that you're eating that little bit of food you list and haven't lost any weight. This leads me to believe you eat a lot more than you think you do.

believe me that is all im eating at present!!!

i was talking to my fitness trainer today and she seems ro think that because i am doing large weights that it could be that im bulking up rather then losing weight!

thanks for the advice about the stickys!! will have a look now!

If you're bulking up enough to be starving yourself, yet not seeing a change on the scale, don't you think you'd be seeing a change in your physique? Adding a bunch of muscle tends to change things.
