It is time to drop those pounds and lose that baby fat!! I want to lose 35 lbs anyone with me on this (my goal is July 22nd (2.88 lbs a week), but I will take August 13th if I have to)? I am just soooooooo excited because I actually EXERCISED!! 2 days now I've gone out jogging in the morning, it makes me feel reallllllllly good!!!! When I get home I work on the mid-section with crunches etc..Im going to make sure to really up the water intake too so my milk supply stays where it should! I never lost it with my first daughter.. Now is the time!!
