hello-im 6'0'' and approx. 185-190 pounds.i lost 112 pounds so far and im having a problem with my belly:there is a bunch of excess "stuff" on it and i dont know if it is fat or excess skin.could someone help me out?

is it "wrinkley"? If so it's most likely skin, plus with the big weightloss, i can almost guarantee you that it's skin. I'm sorry to say though that it will never be perfect, but congrats on that HUGE WEIGHT LOSS!!!!!
