Nice you lost alot of weight! How many years did it take for you to finally reach your goal? What was your consistent diet plan if you had any? Did you just do pure cardio workout or did you lift weights as well??

Heres how it went , initially I just did pure cardio , no change in diet , once I lost like 10kg's , I went on a diet , oats + 4 egg whites for beakfast , 3 hours later a protein shake , 1 cup rice _ 1 tin of tuna for lunch , 3 hours later protein shake , 1/2 tub cottage cheese , 2 rye vita's for supper.....
my body fat has been measured and its @ 14%...............from 55%
I have started doing weights for the past 3 weeks with a personal trainer , but I mainly was doing boxing for the most part , I trained for 4x a week for an hour , intense cardio , now im going boxing 2x a week and weights 3x a week , my abs i think are pretty strong , i can do like 200 situps no problem without resting becuase of boxing.....
it took me to loose the 50kg/s about 1 year , now i need to really get ripped , soo ill post pics once a month!
does it looks like i have loose skin?...is their any method to actually tell?
thanks for the advice
peace

You don't look like you have loose skin. You actually look really really good for losing so much weight, I'm impressed!!

Congrats hon, you look wonderful!!
Just be patient, is my advice to you. Out of personal experience, I would suggest perhaps getting a gym membership. Once the initial weight is lost, it's always a good idea to try and tone your body. I'm currently in the 'toning' stage, and it's honestly working. My saving grace is a Bowflex homegym. It's working miracles on my body and I can feel myself getting stronger everytime I use it.
I don't yet have a six pack, but I know if I remain patient, perhaps I will one day. I lost 140+ pounds so getting a six pack after only eight weeks isn't really probable. Realistically is always the best way to think. You can't get 'abs now' but you can work your way to a six pack today. All good things take time, it would seem.
Congrats again, bud!!!
