Hi

My name is Maree I am on Cohen's for the 2nd time around. I didn't finish the program last time due to pure stupidity and now am back to do it all again and lose the weight.

I am doing this diary to keep myself in check and having to write everything down will hopefully keep me in check.

I have PCOS and this is the first diet that has totally worked for me and quickly.

I have about 40Kg to loose and am hoping to be off this ride by Christmas.

Hi Maree, Well done hopping back on board the Cohen's wagon ride. It has mostly ups as you know. We're all there for one another if you hit a down. As you probably know sticking to the program 100% makes for an easier ride. Being prepared is one of the keys. I am never without my crackers or a piece of fruit & if I think I may be out when one of my meals may be due I take one meal(usually cheese, celery, tomato) with me. Sometimes I bring it home & put it back in the fridge for another day but that's ok too. All the best with the program. I think re-feed is one of the important aspects of the program & then following the sound maintenance guidelines so that you never put it back on again. We can all lose weight if we set our minds to it. Keeping it off is not so easy as we all know. Cheers and all the best, Cate
