I was heavy for around 5 years. I walk every day for an hour, and babysit everyday (as I think we all know is running around a lot haha)
My question is Will my bellybutton ever go back to normal? Has anyone else had the sad bellybutton problem get better over the years? I've been at goal weight for about a year and a half now..

Picture of the sad belly button (My stretchmarks have faded, now I need to address the sad bellybutton)

Great job on the weight loss first of all. Must be so gratifying to be at your goal weight.

I think you need to add strength training to your routine. If you tone up it will fix that. An upperbody/lowerbody split would be good. If you're not familiar with resistance/weight training theres plenty of people around here to help. Steve knows a lot.

I thought about getting it pierced, but I didnt know if that would just make it more prominantly noticable.... I guess it wouldnt hurt to try haha
