Hi there fellow NJ's! I live near Atlantic City. I workout in the gym every night. I have lost A LOT of weight following Weight Watcher's, and I work hard at keeping it off... it never seems to get easier or come naturally. But I just take it a day at a time and hang in there... after 50 years of having been obese, I will NEVER go back to that size again. Here's hoping everyone out there in the Garden State has a great day. If anyone needs support and encouragement, drop me a message... there were so many people that helped me in my weight loss journey, it's only right to "pay it forward" and help others.
