Hello!!!!!!! My name is Sheila. I'm a 28 year old mother of one mouthy little 7 year old! LOL (but she's great!) I am 5'6" and roughly 280lbs. (way tooo much!) I always get as far as thinking I need to lose a bunch of weight but my will power just isn't there. I work 12 hour shifts sittin' on my butt and work alone most of the time, with a lot of down time. I am what I would call a boredom eater.

So that being said, I think I'm truly ready to get this show on the road. I just need to actually get something started and roll with it. I am going to look into the weight management program at a hospital here also which I think is another support group involving doctors. If anyone has any comments, please feel free. I've got a long road ahead to lose this weight, but it's time!!!!

One other quick thing... I've recently heard of the Lotte Berk workout videos, going to order those I believe. Has anyone had any experience with these?

I know you're excited. I know its gonna be rough at times but I KNOW its gonna be nothing but happy when goals keep getting met. Id like to hear about your weightloss program after u meet with the people. That sounds smart

WELCOME! One quick fix I say to everyone immediatly is take your own food to work. I too work long shifts, even though Im running around cooking, if I dont bring my own food, the restaurant I work out isnt exactly friendly to my new lifestyle. Good job on going and getting medical advice right away. If you ever have any questions read the stickies and then if you cant find answers there ask away!! People here are very helpful! Once again WELCOME!
