Ok, my "weight maintenence" calories should be 2740.5.
But I only eat around 1500 a day. Should I be increasing my calories to lose more weight? I ask because I am acually eating more than I was before starting this so my calories would of been lower than 1500 causing starvation mode obvisouly. And I wont lie some days it would be way more if i had lots to drink and then add some after bar taco bell in there..... so anyways I guess im asking what should i be aiming for calorie wise? -500 I know is what its supposed to be but over 2000 calories seems like alot.
