View Full Version : Scale Question

So I've been using the digital weight watchers scale for about 2 years. It's been saying that I am 148-150 lbs (when I weight myself naked and in the morning). I went to the gym the other day and got on a detecto scale and it said that I weighed 142 lbs in the middle of the day with all of my clothes on. I've heard that the "dr. scales" are supposed to be the most accurate but that is one HUGE difference. Is there any chance that it is inaccurate ? Or is it that my scale at home is?

Any thoughts ?

Thanks !

i'd also like to add that you shouldn't be weighing a few times a day...just once and always in the morning...
