Hi, this is my first post. I have struggled with my weight since high school. I have just turned 23. I started at size 50 pants, XXXL shirts. I am now at size 38 waist, XL shirts. I've lost almost 100lbs so far.(70lbs in past 3 months) Changing the way you think is the first step to losing weight, next is diet and exercise. My diet has consisted of low carb/calorie food. High protein/fiber. Grilled/boiled/baked/smoked tuna/salmon(mostly raw), chicken, turkey, fish, vegetables, eggs, salads, cereal(mornings), steak or ground sirloin once a week. I also had to cut my beer drinking to only a couple times a month, which helped lots. I try to drink around 1.5-2 gallons of water a day. I drink minimal coke/diet coke(maybe a couple times a week). I drink mostly water, green/iced tea(no sugar or splenda), orange/apple/cranberry/pineapple juices. I also started taking GNC's Mega Men Sport vitapaks about a month ago. I feel they are definitely helping gain faster results. I also started taking a couple other supplements from GNC called Wheybolic Extreme 60 protein, MRI NO2 Black(no2 booster) & CE2 high-def(creatine). They have helped extend/intensify my workouts. My exercise program/cardio has improved. I started running 2 miles on my elliptical machine everyday. I added a 30min full body workout soon after. Over the past 3 months I have worked my way up to running/jogging 8-12 miles everyday with uphill resistance on the elliptical (around 2 hours straight run, 5-10 min break in between). Sometimes I take a few days off running. On those days I swim 2 miles in place. (with velcro straps on ankles, tied to ladder) I eat around 1500-2000 calories a day. I burn usually 1000-1200 calories running/working out. I am averaging 4-6lbs a week weight loss. Last few weeks being slower. Here is a few face pics. I will put full body pics up in a few days. I have been motivated by many people on this forum for the past few months.

I agree with knoxville, you ARE super cute!!

And wow, 8-12 miles a day??? that is some supreme willpower you have there. It's obviously working, though, you look great. Good job!

Nice work man! I'm in the same boat pretty much, just not as far along. Started off at 355, down to 295 now. Eat a lot of the same stuff; turkey, chicken, fish, eggs, lowfat dairy, nuts, cereal in the mornings, high fiber carbs, lots of protein. Don't work out as much as you. Get in an hour to an hour and a half on good days. Take a lot of vitamins, don't really do any of that creatine, no2, etc. Just regular multi vitamins and herbal extracts. I haven't had a soda in forever man... probably 3 months. My lifestyle change started about 4-5months ago. Good luck on your journey, you're an inspiration.
