The reason for this is cos everyone here seems to know how to lose weight and are actually doing it but I just dunno how tbh. I start of the day so well but as soon as it hits 7- its like I lose all motivation and I just can’t be bothered.
Can someone please tell me how they did it? Or whats the best type of excerise? thankies

You're asking for the 'hows' of exercise, yet you're also saying you have no motivation.
It's not the exercise that's the problem.
It's the motivation.
It's the mind.
Why do you want this?

Yeah, I agree with Steve (yet again). Even those who are doing so well here have days they wake up and don't have 'motivation' or rather don't want to do the work involved in working out. I don't relish getting up on a cold midwestern morning to run or go to the gym at 5 am, but I know to get what I want long term I have to do what I need to in the short term. Steve's got a great post that got bumped yesterday about wanting it bad enough. I'm not sure the link, but I'd start there. Between his and another poster's input there, it was dead on.

if you have no motivation then you have no WANT or REASON good enough to lose weight.
