Good luck! Have you made a plan on what your gonna do to lose the weight?

I have a mtn bike hooked up to a indoor trainer and I am going to ride 1+hrs a night maybe 1/2 hr starting out but eventually get to the point of riding 30-40 miles or so in a night. I also plan on eating less eating healthier, I wont deprive my self of food, but I aint going to weat out everyday.
