I strongly believe as many things, weight loss adaptation has to initiate mentally well before it can be practiced physically. This article helps one tone his/her mind in a positive way which compliments this profound endeavor. Additionally, I intend to focus on the most crucial aspect of weight loss namely corrective consumption as without that there is no weight loss or health program.

The following is an expert opinion:

we do not allow for links...

if you want to participate in this community -by all means - participate - but sending people to other sites isn't participation.. especially since your link was your first post...

Spend some time reading around the forum - the mental aspect of weight loss and the readiness of making the journey is discussed frequently..

Have a lot...in fact not just here, have adopted many a forum, not come across anything like that one...you'd have to see it to believe it. Sorta motivating the way it flows, a lot of superior info here, no doubt...but this one just stands out in a unique way in my opinion.

So post the information.

Don't post a link.

And the info can't be talking about a product.

If it's solely an informational article as you say, copy and paste.

Precisely....no product just an article..an editorial is all. No links within that article either....would have to ask Associated Content if i can actually copy paste the content here just to make sure there are no copyright infractions. The Article helped me lose 14 KGS (30.8 LBS) and 6 inches on my waist.

I'm a deeply emotional person...the article really helps tone you're mind (2000 words i think) and explains why corrective consumption is so crucial. As it manifests so eloquently "Don't Resist, Reason". Normally you always see text book ways but clearly unless you're not motivated you fall out...really connects with an individual.

And guys really appreciate you taking the time to help and hear me out. Cheers!
