I guess there aren't a lot of Virginians here. I'm about 2 hours outside NOVA...but I do have family up there.

i just newly moved to VA and I started my health and exercise plan and the same time...for some reason when i came here i felt ....fatter dont ask me y :ack2: either way... I TOOK ACTION I started august 1 2008 and im down 20 pounds to date :) I had alittle bit of a problem keepin on it for the past week but now i got my head right and im back on the train...thank god... I CANNOT let myself be this way for the rest of my life. I just keep tellin myself I AM NOT THE FAT FRIEND I AM NOT THE FAT FRIEND lol All my gfs are skinny i hate it!!! lol i started out 235 i am currently 215!! my goal is 160 and my mini goal is 200 for right now!! :waving:01
