Hey everyone

I am wondering what are your thoughts of wearing multiple layers of clothes while doing cardio--what's your take? yay? nay?

I did it this morning, and man, i was soaking wet! I was afraid of dehydrating, so i continually drank water while working out.

I wore
TOP:
bra
wife beater
white tee
sweater

BOTTOM:
undies
leggings
yoga pants

anyone know if this method will help with de-bloating or weight loss? water loss? HEALTHY water loss?

what are you hoping to get out of this?

sports bra yes and a shirt of some sort
undies and shorts of some short are all you really need

excess sweating is really nothing but excess sweat - and as soon as you drink water whatever you might have lost will come right back on.. it's not going to help with fat loss..

I guess it's a great idea of you're looking to dehydrate yourself.

I've heard of wrestlers doing this to loose a few pounds to make weight before a meet. But like Steve said you will only dehydrate yourself. I would stick to just one layer....
