Bitten where are you? I was enjoying seeing your progress in the 5k challenge, it all seemed to fall apart in there!

I've readjusted my ticker so I am more challenged to see it move, so I haven't piled the weight back on.

Infact, at lunch am giong to go and get a pair of cargo pants, I"ve always wanted to be able to wear them without looking like an oompa loompa and now I can, yay.
