Weight Loss Tips

i dont know why no one has been replying but you fattrapped, but i think everyone else who was once in this club must have given up.. but i honestly hope that you dont do the same, i check this thread almost everyday, and you are the only one other then me who has been sticking to it.

i have a few diet tips that i came across that you probably know already but if not, i hope they help you out....

1. eat close to the same amount of calories per day... if you eat too many calories lower then your regular amount, your body will go into starvation mode and store all the calories you eat the next day you will not lose as much weight, if any.



2. eat 5 servings of veggies and fruits per day.

3. watch for portion size..

4. dont skip meals ...(refer to question 1)

5. drink at least 8 glasses of water per day... helpful tips... always have a full water bottle within arms reach...because you will be more likely to drink that way.

6. keep a food journal. write down everything you put in your mouth. because then later you can spot the mistakes and try to do better the next day.

7.20 minutes of cardio workout a day... remember doing anything is better then doing nothing.

8. cut soda out of your diet completely.. if you feel you cant cut carbanated drinks out of your diet, immediatly switch to diet or low calorie carbinated flavoured water.. i drink peach flavoured water, and its actually really good. there are too many empty calories in soda...


i hope these hints help you to your goal...remember, the more you work out, the faster you will lose the weight... and if you do work out... dont go by what the scale says.. go by how you feel, because you could gain muscle and lose fat and the scale could tell you you lost 1 pound but you could look 5 pounds thinner.
